Nikon OPTIPHOT Microscope Plan Objective x4 Lenses Tested Viewable Minor Issue. This is a Nikon OPTIPHOT microscope equipped with 4 Plan objective lenses. Plan 4x / 0.10 / 160/. Plan 10x / 0.25 / 160/. Plan 20x / 0.40 / 160/0.17. Plan 40x / 0.65 / 160/0.17. The microscope is capable of producing clear images, as shown in the last photo taken by holding a digital camera up to the eyepiece. There is a minor issue with the condenser adjustment knob - it is broken. However, the condenser can still be moved up and down manually.
