Nikon Plan 100 DM Phase Contrast microscope objective PH4 160 1.25 Oil Excellent
Absolutely fantastic 100x Nikon specialised Phase Contrast objective lens. The DM designation relates to Phase Contrast, and stands for Dark Medium - this objective produces a dark image on a medium grey background in phase contrast.
Designed to be used for high image contrast with specimens having small phase differences. My phase contrast condenser is not in line with the phase ring in this objective. I would have loved to keep it and use it (it works perfectly with my Leitz microscope in bright field / non phase contrast views, but I have another Leitz 100x, so this one is unnecessary for my needs).
Comes in a (non Nikon) plastic case. Will be very well packaged.
